Who’s reading this blog?
FeedBurner says I have around 100 subscribers to this blog, which is a flattering number, given the small amount of time I have to post these days. Others I know visit the site on occasion instead of subscribing. I am humbled and thankful that you think I have something interesting to pass along.
But since you know so much about me, I’d like an introduction. What’s your name? What do you do? How did you find out about the blog? What are your favorite things about it? Is there something you’d like to see more of? Less of?
So go ahead - drop a few comments on this post and tell me about yourself.

Thanks Miguel! Great website, BTW.
I started reading this blog because of the Mac-related posts, but have enjoyed the variety. I don’t surf blogs or the web as much as I’d like so I enjoy the things you find elsewhere and post here.
A hundred subscriptions? Pretty cool! I don’t think I have anywhere near that many myself. But then again, I have nothing interesting to say at all!
Like Patrick, I subscribed because of the mac-related comments, etc. However, the blog has turned out to be much more. Topics are almost always very interesting to me. More importantly, Swad emphasizes quality over quantity. Never a blog posted just to post a blog… always something meaningful.
Thanks and keep up the great work
Brian
Thanks for the comments, guys, and welcome.
CP - Whatever. I’ll admit I don’t spend too much time on the posts about logic exams, but I do really enjoy the Confucian connections with current events. I even had the chance to bring up Confucius in class the other day. You’d be proud.
Patrick and Brian - Thanks for sticking around during the dearth of Mac postings. I’ve got some really interesting Mac things I plan to write this summer… it’s just a matter of finding time to write…
Floridian 51-year-old female Macker here …
Can’t remember how I got here, but I’m glad I did.
I like that you post only one item (I have too much going on in my other worlds), but I KNOW that reading any day’s swad will be worth my time.
Your daily offerings are incredibly eclectic. I never know what to expect, except that I know it’s highly unlikely that I will have already seen it.
