		<description>You should also check the terms of your health insurance; most do not include coverage abroad.  Buy a temporary travel health insurance policy for the trip.  That way you know you can get your moped injuries covered without devastation.

UKNHS used to cover visitors but it doesn't any more.

Americans can get the BritRail pass, which can save a lot of money on train travel. Otherwise it can get quite expensive.

		<description>Just a heads up: Travelling by train is extortionate in the UK (although I don't what it cost in the US) For a 3 hour journey from Cardiff (Wales) to London, costs at the very least £60 ($120) one way! The trains are grimy, late, and cramped.
